Steaks - Sold by the the whole sleeve only. Let us know how thick you would like them cut and how many to put in a package. RIB EYES are our most popular (approx. a 12 lb. sleeves) cut one inch thick will give you about 15 steaks. We can also procure 8 oz. bacon wrapped FILET MIGNONS packed in a 10 lb. box.
Marinated Products - Packed in approx. 1 lb. or 2 lb. packs. We are offering the popular BUTTER GARLIC CHICKEN BREAST as well as MARINATED BEEF and CHICKEN FAJITAS, SPICY HOT BUFFALO WINGS, and BEEF JERKY!
Other Beef Cuts - We offer LEAN GROUND BEEF (approx. 92% lean), STEW BEEF, COARSE GROUND BEEF (for chili!), and EYE OF ROUND ROAST.
Pork Cuts and Sausages - We offer SPARE RIBS, WRIGHT'S THICK SLICED HICKORY SMOKED BACON, our own PARKER'S SPECIAL SMOKED SAUSAGE and , ITALIAN SAUSAGE, MEXICAN CHORIZO, and the very popular YOAKUM SAUSAGE from the Yoakum Packing Co.
Chicken - In addition to marinated products, we offer WHOLE FRYERS and boneless skinless chicken breast.
